Excellent Service from Singapore to Malaysia!

I had a fantastic experience with Travelex Tour Sdn Bhd during my recent trip from Singapore to Malaysia (Terengganu). From booking to arrival, everything was smooth and efficient. The booking process was user-friendly, and the customer support team was responsive and helpful in answering all my queries.

The vehicle which I have requested was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making the journey relaxing and enjoyable. The driver was punctual, courteous, and highly professional. He knew the route well and ensured a safe and timely arrival.

I also appreciated their attention to detail, such as assisting with immigration procedures and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the trip. It made crossing the border stress-free and seamless.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and comfortable transport between Singapore and Malaysia. I will definitely be using their services again!

I recently had the pleasure of using Travelex's services for both chauffeur transportation in Singapore and car rental in Johor Bahru, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the Travelex team provided an exceptional level of professionalism, reliability, and comfort that truly elevated our family trip.

In Singapore, the chauffeur service was outstanding—punctual, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. Our driver ensured we traveled in comfort and style, navigating the city efficiently and safely. It made exploring SG a stress-free and enjoyable experience for the entire family.

When it came time to head to JB, the transition was seamless. The Travelex team arranged a smooth cross-border process, and the car rental in Johor Bahru was equally impressive. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our travel needs. Their team made sure we had all the necessary support and information, making it easy for us to drive around and explore JB and Malaysia on our own.

Travelex clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for dependable transportation in Singapore and Malaysia. We’ll definitely be booking with them again on our next trip!
